In order to purchase a product license for your customer as a reseller, please follow these steps.
Purchase using your reseller account
Find the product you want to purchase.
During the purchase process, if you have an account already, use that. If not, register for your company and please put (Reseller) in the company name. This allows us to receive the payment and issue the financial invoice to your company. The invoice for your customer is issued from you to your customer with any optional charges for your service.
Request license for your customer
Next follow the same process to purchase the product that you paid for in the previous step. This time enter the customer details so that we can issue and send the license key to the customer.
Important: When you reach the payment step this time select WIRE TRANSFER. No payment will be required as you have paid in the previous step. Doing so simply allows us to receive the purchase request and process it. After you click wire transfer you will be presented with an APP ID number.

When we receive this info, we will issue the key to your customer and your customer will also exist in our system as well as the link to your reseller record for future correspondence, support, and purchases.
