Reinstalling CGDevTools failing
#1
After upgrading my PC from win 10 to win 11, CGDevtools components was no longer recognized within RadStudio. I attempted to reinstall CGDevTools with the installer we've always used, and I'm getting a "Download failed: Server internal error (500)". I now see that the main CGDevTools website is down, and ATOZED is now supporting CGDevTools. How can I reinstall CGDevTools to fix my dev environment under Rad Studio? I assume whatever the installer is trying to connect to is no longer available. The version I'm using is IWCGJQComps for Intraweb 15.2.32. I've attached a screenshot of the error to this post. Thanks.

I still need help: After the windows 11 upgrade, I can no longer open any of my Intraweb forms. When the designer tries to load, I get an error message: "Class TIWCGJQDialog not found. Ignore the error and continue? .... blah blah"

The full project compiles without errors, but it appears that just the designer doesn't work. I've fixed this in the past by simply reinstalling CGDevTools. When I try that, the installer produces a 500 error when trying to download files. I need a resolution for this problem.

We have between 300 and 400 clients using this web application and we need to be able to continue supporting it. So, loosing the ability to open these frames would be detrimental to our company and our customers.

I have tried sending emails to Atozed requesting help without any response. Can someone please turn www.cgdevtools.com back on? At least so that the installer works again?

Here is a quote from Alexandre Machado from the post:  Announcement: The future of CGDevTools
"It is important to emphasize that, despite this change, the commercialization, including purchases and renewals, will continue to be managed by CentralGest through our existing website: www.cgdevtools.com. This means you can continue purchasing and renewing your licenses without any disruption or changes to the process.

Additionally, the user forum will be migrated to Atozed’s platform, creating a more dynamic space for support and knowledge sharing.
With this new structure, we are confident that CGDevTools will continue to evolve, offering you the best tools and solutions, with specialized support from Atozed and the ongoing commitment of CentralGest to commercialization."

We sincerely thank you for your trust and support. Soon we will reveal our new plans for the CGDevTools platform."

Am I missing something here?

We've been working non stop to make CGDevTools compatible with the newer IntraWeb 16 code base. Lots have been done. Unfortunately we had a small delay due to the release of the new Delphi 13 but we are back on track.

I estimate it to have a new version ready to be tested by existing customers sometime next month. If you wish I can notify you when we have the first beta build ready for testing so you can give it a try before the official launch.

New version would be great, but just being able to reinstall existing version doesn't seem like too much to ask . . .

The new version has been released.

https://www.atozed.com/2025/10/cgdevtools-is-ready/

Everything is new in this version and it doesn't require any server download.

Regarding the old version: We have contacted CentralGest and their servers are back online after a few changes.

You can try to reinstall it and see how it goes
