Help me! LoadError

Hello, I'm trying to create and use a demo of cosmos. I managed to create the demo via powershell, but when I execute .\Laucher, this error pops up:

What can I do to use it?

What COSMOS are you using? I suspect this is a different COSMOS... We dont have 4.4.1, or use Ruby...
