Only once it was possible to restart the application, but then the application crashed with access violation during login.

That definitely sounds like a server-side issue rather than something on your end. If PurchasePoint is throwing an unhandled application error and then crashing with an access violation during login, it’s likely the service itself is unstable or undergoing maintenance. The fact that a restart only works briefly points in that direction too. Best thing to do is check Atozed’s official channels or forums for status updates and report it directly to them if you haven’t already. In the meantime, there’s not much you can fix locally, unfortunately.
