Intraweb SA app does not show license details

Normally, when one starts a standalone Intraweb application one gets a window which shows the Intraweb licensed particulars in the "log" section of the screen. For some reason I have one of my programs which does not do this and it then hangs. All others work fine.

I have tried comparing ServerController details between the problematic program and ones that work but cannot see anything obvious.

Can anybody suggest what I should be looking for to solve this problem?
