Access violation iw 15.2.14

Hello,
there are access violation, in IW 15.2.14, in adress 0000 in bds, and iw.....Bpl
with delphi 10.3.3.3

impossible to access to code on some form,
the error message indicate, there are some procedure not present,
or property not present, do you want i remove them ?
the compilation is ok,
but impossible to access in ide a some form
is not for all form, just somes ones

no problem with 15.2.13
no problem with 15.2.12

Same here opening an existing project.

Happening with both 15.2.13 and 14. 
I am on Rio C++ 10.3.3 with CGdevtools 4.1.0.256 (tried even 4.1.0.257, but same results).

Reverting to 15.2.12 for now.

I was having same issue, had to disable CG packages and then recompile them from sources.
