La Ode Muhamad Fiil Mudawat is a multi-faceted figure with a background, experience, and an extensive track record in village government administration, education, journalism, and web development. He is widely known as the founder of FORMAT ADMINISTRASI DESA and SuratO - Generator Surat Online.
He was born in Baubau City, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia, and is married to Muliati (a teacher in South Buton) with three children. His career journey began in the professional and media sectors, where he worked as a Store Clerk and Customer Service Officer at Gramedia Bookstore Kendari (February 2013 to February 2014), followed by a career as a Political and Government Journalist at the daily newspaper Surat Kabar Harian (SKH) Baubau Post (March 2014 to September 2014) and the online media KeptonNews (September 2014 to December 2014). His passion for writing and journalism is further channeled through blogging and article writing across various platforms, including interpretations of Sun Tzu's strategic works.
His deep practical experience within government bureaucracy is marked by his service in the Village Government of West Batuatas, South Buton Regency, where he served as the Head of Development Affairs (Kaur Pembangunan) from July 2015 to July 2016, and subsequently as the Head of Welfare Affairs (Kasi Kesra) from July 2016 to October 2019.
