Application Monitoring

Does anyone here use a 3rd party service to monitor you IW application ?  I am looking for option to verify my app is up and running using a 3rd party service.  It would alert me if it was not responsive. What vulnerability scanners have you used to check your IW app? I am preparing some documentation to be ready for questions form customers as I am ways off from enough revenue to pay for a SOC-2 audit and just getting started with basic policies and things I can do to be ready.
