Unfortunately, both Indy and Taurus have that exact same error message, so it's difficult to know which one is actually reporting the error without a debug trace, or at least knowing whether the exception being raised is EIdOSSLCouldNotLoadSSLLibrary (Indy) or ETaurusTLSCouldNotLoadSSLLibrary (Taurus).
