Is it possible to embed the frame at design time? If so then I would get get access to all events from the frame with ease

The name of the procedure 'FrameSelectionChanged' is just an arbitrary name I made up myself with the purpose of illustrating the strategy. You can declare any procedure on the host form yourself and assign it to the designated property of the Frame instance.
I assume you have access to the source file where the host form is defined (because you are the developer of this form) so that means that you can add such a procedure and name it anyway you like.
