99% chance its your US bank. We are an EU company and our CC processor is in the UK. Many US banks anti fraud consists of
IsFraud := country <> US / Canada;

So you can try a diff card, or call the credit card company and tell them you are trying to make an ecommerce purchase and the charge is UK based.
