The keys are processed manually because of internet fraud and credit cards. Even with the bank processing we repeatedly get targetted for fraud of stolen cards. You should have your key within an hour or so.

No, SSL is not available on any deployment mode in bundled, and ISAPI isnt available in bundled either.
