TIWListbox how to get Selected Values (Priority support)

I have the latest version of Intraweb 15.3.5 and its seems to me that there is a bug in the way this was resolved!
SelectedText is OK and return all selected items.
But SelectedValue is ALWAYS EMPTY even if values are selected!

This is supposed to be a priority support!
When can I expect a final resolution?
