Can you set in IWLabel (Bootstrap) ToolTip?

IWLabel.Hint:='Info';

The only option I see through in template?

{%IWLabel data-toggle="tooltip" data-placement="bottom" data-html="true" title="Info" %}

How now in template change title parameter?

Setting the hint property works as expected both in IWLabel and IWBSLabel controls. Can't you get it working?
