Blank page in Delphi 10.2 and IW14 2.8

Hi Venancio,
I experimented a similar behaviour after updating Kaspersky AV to version 19.0.0.1088c.
I solved the problem clearing the check box in
Kaspersky Settings > Additional > Network > Traffic Processing > uncheck Inject Script.
