I'll try to expand the test app I wrote in order to test some of the IWBootstrap components I haven't experimented with yet

That would be of great benefit to me and others!

One request: could you add a simple navigation bar that has 

1) A Left aligned button
2) Center text object
3) A right aligned button that is a drop down.
