I install my HTTP.sys application in standalone mode on my server, it works perfectly
TIWStartHSys.Execute (True);

When I install it as a service
TIWStartHSys.Execute (True);
The app does not respond

that's what I did:
MyApp.exe / Install
net start MyApp

I checked, the service runs, I opened port 8888

Windows Server 2016 Standard (64-bit)
