I'd need some more information. They say all those numbers are "very high" but I'm not sure what "very high" means without any context or other numbers to compare against.
How many handles, sessions, files and cache folders? What was the previous use?
If the number of sessions is too high, have you considered the possibility of a DoS attack or something similar?
