IntraWeb 14 is also available for Delphi 10.3 Rio users as a FREE update

IntraWeb 14.2.9 is based on 14.2.8 code base, but also includes Delphi 10.3 Rio support.

Thanks very much for this Alexandre, I have just upgraded from 10.2 to 10.3 and have now installed Intraweb 14.2.9. So far, so good!
I have been using bootstrap with Delphi 10.2 and would like to continue using it with 10.3. Do I still use the version here?: https://github.com/kattunga/IWBootstrapFramework I've seen mention on these forums of a new version of Bootstrap so am unsure what I should be using.

IW 14.2.9 is compatible with original IWBootrap from the line you mentioned.
IW 15 and up have their own version, which is contains only a few modifications in order to make IWBootstrap compatible with the new IW version, but it should be transparent to end users (i.e. you can upgrade from IW 14 to 15 without any modification to your application regarding Boostrap).
