IntraWeb 16.1.6 is out! - Alexandre Machado - 10-02-2025
hi guys,
there is a new update available for IntraWeb:
https://www.atozed.com/2025/10/intraweb-16-1-6/
It contains 2 important fixes (memory leak and a possible race condition) and it's strongly recommended.
It's also prepared to fully integrate with the new CGDevTools build which is about to be released.

C++Builder: 13 german
If I link my project with IntraWeb 16.1.6 / C++Builder: 13 the following error is displayed:
[ilink32 Fehler] Error: Nicht auflösbares externes '__fastcall Iwservercontrollerbase::TIWServerControllerBase::SetPortW(const int)' referenziert von ...\WIN32\DEBUG\SERVERCONTROLLER.OBJ
[ilink32 Fehler] Error: Linken kann nicht ausgeführt werden
The same happens when linking with IntraWeb 16.1.3 / C++Builder 12, but not with IntraWeb 16.1.2.
A similar issue occurred in IntraWeb 15.5.5 and was fixed in IntraWeb 15.5.6:

Unfortunately this got broken with version 16.1.3, that's right.
It has been fixed and a new build is in the pipeline

I tried to download the latest intraweb at https://downloads.atozed.com/intraweb/iw16.1.6.exe and it comes in at about 20Mb and when executing the installer it says the file is corrupt. I tried a few times with no success. iw16.1.5 downloads ok at about 330Mb but doesnt have XE13 available.
Also FYI on the web page https://www.atozed.com/intraweb/ it has "download the latest IntraWeb 16 for RAD Studio," the intraweb 16 link sends you to intraweb 15.

The original release of 16.1.6 was almost 2 weeks ago and nobody else (other than 2 of us) has commented on the apparent corruption of the installation file. Does this mean few have tried to update or does it mean that only two of us have the problem for some weird reason on our specific computers? Comments from anybody who has successfully downloaded and installed this new version would be appreciated. I have tried multiple browsers on both Windows and Mac computers in case it was something on my side but still only get ~20 Mb file which says it is corrupted when I try to install.

I downloaded 16.1.6 and it reads 340 MB.
So installing wasn't a problem.
What I did notice is that, when installing on Delphi 13, I don't get the question what I want to install.
So I cannot choose which memory manager(s) I want to install.

Weird, because the file version that downloads for me is only about 20 Mb and corrupted. Can't think what causes this and it is only this version. I have previously downloaded 6.1.4 and 6.1.5, both at about 330 Mb, without problems. From an earlier post I am not the only person to experience this.

Same for me ,the download is 23,3 mbyte and is corrupted
any solutions?
