We purchased Intraweb for Delphi Alexandria.
How to get the complete installation setup?
We can't use a web installer.

IntraWeb setup is not a web installer. There are 3 optional components, which are not part of IntraWeb, that can be downloaded during installation. It's a convenience, not a required part of IW.

Besides that you can download the components manually and put it on the same folder where the IW setup is, and it will be used (instead of downloading it):
