Hi,

in the last 15.2.35 I had to change all my templates to add the \/$/\ in front of every href, src, etc. or the server give me a 400 or 404.

Why this happened?

Example:

OLD Template: \\

NEW modified Template: \\

EDIT:

I have type: bold A LOT of links that do not respect the new \/$/\ prefix... so is it possible to give a workaround?

I don't think this is correct

the links should be like:

\

notice a slash in front of the address

Yes, ok, but my templates have always been like I wrote, that is without slash

are you migrating from 14?

No, from 15.2.32 or 33 can't be sure

That's weird. We didn't change paths like that now.

Happens that your paths were wrong before. Have a look at this document;

type: link http://docs.atozed.com/Docs.dll/development/Migrating%20to%20IntraWeb%20XIV.html#JavaScript

more specifically Absolute and Relative paths

I *strongly* suggest that you remove the /$/ and replace by a slash only. Then check if it works. Remember to clear the browser cache

Sorry Alexandre I am confused... I try to downgrade to 15.2.32, because I have never had this behaviour

well.. it's up to you. I suggest you fix the paths. If this worked, it worked by accident

it is not supposed to work like that, as you can read in that document

\by accident\ I mean in your project. It certainly won't work for other projects

document-relative path is something that works for websites. Not web applications like IW

all JS and CSS files in IW should be root-relative

Yes, I agree with you but I am warned why this happens in the last 15.2.35.

I can confirm that with 15.2.32 everything works great

I thinks it's better to give a check this thing does not affect other parts

I have to check ALL my custom components and so much code now... ??
