1) It is almost guaranteed to be your user code. IW has a large user base, AVs in our code are quickly found and we have no other current reports of such.
2) Its unlikely to be browser dependent.
3) You probably have some unprotected thread access or are accessing a freed object. Thats the source of most AVs.
4) A networking problem would not cause this either.
5) Turn on extended logging and trace down the line of code that is AVing.
