You can control the creation of other tabs pointing to the same session using the WindowName feature. Each tab has its own unique WindowName. If WindowName doesn't match you can just refuse to serve the content

TIWTelegram is a class, not a component.
Declare IWTelegram in the uses clause and use TIWTelegram directly or the helper class TIWTelegramHelper

TIWTelegramHelper has only class methods so you don't need to instantiate it... it's handy
