Its a lot easier in 15. 15 is generally compatible with 14. Is there a reason you stay in 14?
If you need 14, there are several ways. But the easiest I think would be to use a memory based dataset, even TClientDataset and just load the rows you want to show into it and to page, load new rows into it.
