To run it as a service, try commands from the app directory: \myapp type: bot_command /install \, then
et start myapp\

If you rebuild it and want to replace it, you'll have to stop and uninstall it with
et stop myapp\ followed by \myapp type: bot_command /uninstall \

FWIW, I usually add a \ type: bot_command /silent \ switch to the install/uninstall. Batch files are your friend for these.
