Any reference example or doc on using the browser back button ? As I hit problem on its function

I do a sample on testing the case, I have 3 form each (1 form have two button and each button call 2,3 form and all form have memo ) , on each formrender to write a time stamp line on that page

In first time formrender show the time stamp , then I type text append to the Memo , then I click button show another form

Then I click back button on the browser

It show the state initial time stamp plus my text without the newly formrender added time stamp text

If hit refresh it show out all time stamp

How to correct handle the back button? And the formrender suppose no usage when hit back button ?
