you can send a a parameter value when you call AjaxCall at JS side. or when you genereate the code that launches the Modal, genereate a call to a Callback and sen parameter the keyField value

You can use that way, or you can use the IWForm's.HiddenFields Property, which work the same way, as having an IWEdit invisible. But without having to create a TIWedit in the form
