As I said, you probably need to call your bank. Of course we take VISA. However many US banks treat *any* foreign charge as possible fraud and simply deny it on that fact only. So call your bank/credit card and tell them you are trying to make a foreign purchase and they will preclear it for you.
They might ask country... we are a Cyprus company but our card processor was in the UK... After Brexit they moved to the Netherlands... so I think it will show up as a Netherlands charge but not sure. Normally they dont need to know the country, and Europe is enough.
