dont remember... sorry really a mess here right now as we've lost power 8 times and for over 55 hours in 10 days... we just put in a brand new commercial full duty generator for this branch office but it came in with faulty controller so Im quite buried right now trying to resolve this.

same here.. which is all the more reason to get this fixed.. .if they cant keep power on now.. imagine what Ill have when the power company starts getting sick.

Such important work being done in such conditions? Why have you chosen to be beaten up by such environment yet the community is waiting for IW17 to be released? More waiting; the market keeps moving!

Coronavirus will affect everyone. Obtaining a generator with faulty parts is just bad luck....... we had one before but had to remove it to install this one. Just talked to the company, they are fedexing new parts now.

FAR more than 17 will be on hold because of coronavirus. I hope you are safe so far. Where I am there are no known or suspected cases yet. But even our HQ of Cyprus - the country now has 3 cases and every country in the EU has cases. Nowhere is safe and where I am may be much safer than other areas.
