As I wrote earlier, I'm convinced that it has anything to do with wrong configuration at the server side. No doubt about that. What I'm curious about is why it was a roblem in IW15.1 and not in IW15.0. I am not baming anyone but just curious about the background of that and always eager to learn.

maybe you are directly or indirectly using one of the several ways of redirection that are possible in IW (for instance WebApplication.GoToUrl() is one of them)
Redirection relies on host and addresses and this has certainly changed between 15.0 and 15.1

IW tries to detect if addresses are absolute or relative because it is importat to keep relative addresses, well, relative because of how reverse proxies work

yes, creating/showing a IWForm in an async request generates a redirection (the execute response as you mentioned)
