IW is threaded. Processes simply group the threads. Adding more processes on a single machine wont add more threads. If you are seeing increase, it sounds like you have something in your code causing a bottleneck or resource contention.

If I did'nt misunderstood what the system administrator told me, the benefit would be that the workload could be devided over multiple processors. I can be wrong of course.
But what you are actualy saying is: \That's not posible\. Am I right?
