hello all, we have deleted IW14 folder cause of issue with the uninstaller of IW14. Then install IW15 with right and valid key and we can't see it loaded in Delphi rio 10.3.2

the conception package was not checked by default after installation

This is just a typo in the project file. It has already been fixed. There is no problem

i told him to download IW14 last release before expiration date which was in january 2019 so 14.2.10, is it right ?

yes, that's right. But if he already installed IW 15 on it, please do the following:
- Go to Component -> Installed packages and remove all IW related packages from there.
- Uninstall IW 15
- if there are any files left, remove the folder manually
- Then install IW 14.2.
