if you have monitors with different DPIs, 10.2 totally freaks out if you try to put any part of the IDE on the other monitors. 10.3 is better but still have a ton of issues. And even if you only use the one monitor, both still have issues if that monitor uses high DPI and/or the others have a different DPI
