I have performed a search on the IW folder, and found the unit IWDsnPaintHandlers, after declaring it, i get file not found ..\\core\\IWDB.res

IWRegisterPaintHandler is in IWBaseControl. But dont compile against units when making a design time package, you MUIST compile against the packages.
