Do this. Use the menu option to copy URL to clipboard. Stop the exe, start the service, now try the URL it put on the clipboard.

or I think its the chain button to the right of the edge button. You can hover on it for hint.

That button will give you the proper URL to use whether as application or service for the same settings.
