Chad, I finally found the issue. It was an old folder for IW 14 that was messing things up. I simply renamed it and my code compiled.

Check the boundIP in SC.. it should not be using + for a host.

Hmmm. Here is what I did. Opened Delphi, select File --> New --> Other and selected IW app and standalone. When the default windows appeared I pressed F9 to run. No code was entered. The error occurs. What control should I look at for the bound IP. Is is a property in the ServerController?

Its somewhere in the SC. But http.sys should work by default. type: mention_name Alexandre user_id: 499541870 would be the one who can provide deeper insight into http.sys.
