Generally in IW you dont use handlers - most devs dont. Handlers are usually only to create special extensions to your code.

I actually wanted to create a link to send in the user's email. By clicking on this link ( type: link www.myapp.com/forgotpass?user='username '), the application would direct you to a page where the user would save your new password.
