I'll see if I can create a simple demo showing this.

 

The only \problem\ when creating controls at runtime when using templates is that the new control doesn't know who is its parent control. So you need to use an event and tell to IW what's the ID (the DOM element id) of the HTML element that will be the parent of the new created control
