As Eitan mentioned, this is an IntraWeb support channel, for IntraWeb applications.

 

Regarding your problem: I think this is a firemonkey app. Firemonkey is not the same as VCL but in VCL I would suggest to use the Form's OnPaint even, so you can use its canvas to paint whatever you want on it
