I formatted my laptop so I was Installing again, previously it was installed on the same rad 10.2.3

15.1.8 or 15.1.18 ?

 

if i remember correctly, 15.1.18 had some issue in the installation (which is fixed now).

 

did you try with a more recent version?

 

the latest version is 15.2.20, and you can get it from here :
