No doubt. Several weeks ago that was the info available. Data out of North Korea has since changed that. Even more data from China (taken with a grain of salt but useful), S Korea, Italy and other places indicates it is much more infectious, but for a different reason. The actual number of infected is now thought to be MUCH higher than previously reported. Enough higher that the previous estimates of 4% mortality is way off. Numbers I saw yesterday range from 0.3 to 1.4 (see the range, they still don't \know\) but the range is quite different. I presume the guidance she is getting now is quite different.
