Anyone was able to install last IW (15.1.2) on Delphi 10.3 (update 1 installed) Version 26.0.33219.4899??? I'm having the following error when the IDE loads the design-time package

 

The procedure entry point type: mention @System @Classes@TFieldsCache@$bcctr$qqrv could not be located in the dynamic link library rtl260.bpl.
