Lots of stupid people replaced solid native code by slow managed stuff already. don't think they are different people. They are the same people

if you have hundreds of anchored controls on your page maybe you need some refactoring? ??

yeah, things onto panels etc.. 17 is far more efficient in this area. for 15 we can do limited refactoring of what is a lot of legacy code. The risk/reward is not favorable, especially with 17 in dev.
