Delphi has been a safe high level harbour four our code during the last 20 years.mvc is cumbersome,has some some small advantages, but is cunbersome.javascript is crazyness.typescript is medicone for crazyness.If you keep your code in a high level language you re not only more productive but can say go hell to javascript typrscript or even wasm if someone invents something new.and your code continues to be in the same safe harbour it has allways been.when people forgot all that?

yep. WPF is overly complex, and Winforms too limited.... Ive returned to Delphi a while ago for any desktop UI as well because VCL just works... and WPF custom controls are a horrible nightmare reminiscent of MFC level complexity....

But the world Delphi just hurt the years os stupid people who relate it to old,Lazarus also was an stupid marketing name, I expect a day that IW becomes a product itseld like IW Builder,its much easier to sell a system made with IW builder than a Delphi made, stupid no technical people allways take the purchade decision.

In fact that stupid Borland president ,cant remember its name, who have renamed the company many times,helped to @#$! the community,Java is older than Delphi,but don´t have the \old\ fame,and honestely I dont see people doing something in Java that I cant do in Delphi.
