Lots of files are being obtained from browser cache. In order to have a true vison of what is happening I suggest you to clear the cache before doing it

Also, I don't want to point fingers, but if you are using 3rd party controls, like CG, is really hard for me to identify anything. My main concern when for that last 5 years working with IW is performance. The second concern is also performance. My third too.
