How to show a floating window in Intraweb

Hi!

 

I just attached a picture for what I'm trying to do and I don't have a clue how to do it in Intraweb.

 

In the image, you can see that there are two "buttons" when the mouse pointer is over some "button" that shows the web page as a floating window at the bottom of the "button".

 

How can I emulate it in Intraweb?
