Transparent PNG icon in TIWMenu

Good morning, I have a TIWMenu linked to a TMainMenu, this in turn is linked to a TIWImageList. I have not been able to make the TIWMenu items have a PNG icon with transparent background. The background always looks black. In the VCL with the same images there is not this problem. Attached image. Thanks in advance.
