Situation
JOBehaviors as a small company facing huge competitors needed a technology that would allow converting their paper/fax-based hiring screening tools into online software tools, using a minimum of development staff/cost.
Solution
IntraWeb allowed JOBehaviors to achieve a major market share in the USA childcare pre-employment domain. No other solution offered the fast time-to-market or web-database-friendly tools.
Implementation/Impact
Using a single co-located web server with Intraweb (and the tiny-footprint NexusDB database), the JOBehaviors online service now conducts 15-20,000 childcare pre-employment assessments annually, making it the market leader against much larger competitors. Hiring candidates are sent a link from recruiters/hiring managers via email and upon completion of the pre-employment assessment, assessment scores are emailed directly to the hiring center or manager by the Intraweb service.
