After clicking Next on this final step, the service gets installed and everything should be ready to run.

Optionally you may want to check if the default application pool (if IIS6 is used) is still running. Sometimes it stops when a new application gets registered. Additionally you may create a new application pool and assign IWS to it, so that you get more fine grained control over the available perfomance options.
